End the food noise

There is a lot of noise about what diet is best, what foods to avoid, and which superfoods to eat. I am here to tell you that most of that noise is just that, noise. I believe that everyone should have the education about food and nutrition to make great choices for themselves based on science, not fads. You deserve to feel full, satisfied and nourished. You deserve to eat food that you enjoy, and do so without guilt. I will help you to make choices about food based on what you enjoy, what makes you feel good and what your body needs.

  • How to manage hunger

  • How to meal plan, shop and cook in a way that saves time and money

  • Which supplements might be needed for you and how to test this through your GP
